Cassis Red Hill have curated an exclusive wine country experience with Stonier Wines, with your wine country experience starting from the moment you check-in to your private villa at Cassis ... all boasting their own uninterrupted views over the neighbouring vineyard.

The Cassis team will organise your Stonier winery visit for during your stay, which will begin with a wine tasting at their cellar door … glass in hand, you will take a walk around the Stonier facility where you will learn of the most recent purchase of this iconic Mornington Peninsula vineyard by three local families. You will gain insight into the history behind one of the first planted winery and vineyard operations and their ethos into its future.

To extend your wine country experience further, Stonier have included a bottle of their 2021 Chardonnay and 2023 Pinot Noir for you to enjoy during your stay.. We have also arranged for you to swing past the award winning Torello Farm Gate on your way back home to collect your seasonal winter soups (made from locally grown produce) to take home for supper.
