"At Flinders Truffles we cultivate the finest French Black Truffles, or Tuber Melanosporum, which flourish in the seasonal swings of hot summers and cold winters enjoyed down here on the Mornington Peninsula".

You will be greeted by your expert truffle scent dogs, Lucy & Enzo, and watch with great curiosity and intrigue as they detect and mark black truffles under the oak trees on the farm (all whilst sipping on a hot truffle soup).
