At Cassis Red Hill our fastidious team ensure that the property and all villas are deep cleaned after each visit with increased cleaning of high touch areas.
We have clear signage in place to guide you on hand hygiene and social distancing during your stay with us. Each Villa entry offers Leif hand sanitiser and your QR code to check in on arrival.

Check In Information - COVID 19 Rules and Regulations
We have implemented contactless check in. Please DO NOT check in:

If you or any fellow guests are displaying symptoms such as: sore throat, dry cough, temperature, runny nose, loss of sense of taste etc.

If you have been in contact with a person who has recently been diagnosed with Covid 19.

If you have visited a listed exposure site.

If you have been tested for Covid 19 and awaiting test results.

Please note that if your booking needs to be changed due to “a lockdown” or other COVID related reason we will endeavour to reschedule your booking.

Whilst Staying With Us

Please ensure that you check in using the QR code at the entry to your villa

Please ensure you disinfect your hands prior to entering the villa and adhere to strict hygiene practices and social distancing at the Villas and in the Red Hill community whilst staying at our property.

Please always practise physical distancing from other Villa guests and wear a face mask where required.

Please regularly disinfect surfaces and wash your hands whilst staying at our property with wipes, soap and surface spray provided.

The team at Cassis Red Hill are always available, before, during and after your stay if you have any questions or concerns. We have a COVID Safe Plan in keeping with the Victorian Government regulations and under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004. All staff will receive health and safety training.
